    "Regional assessment" is one of the important measures to promote the reform of "release, management and service", and "regional energy assessment" is an important part of "regional assessment". Regional energy assessment is conducted by the regional management department, in accordance with regional planning to prepare regional energy conservation reports, analysis of regional energy use status, forecast the total amount and intensity of regional energy consumption during the evaluation period, put forward regional industrial energy efficiency requirements and energy conservation measures. By replacing the project energy assessment with the regional energy assessment, the purpose of simplifying the approval process, improving the approval efficiency and reducing the burden of enterprises is achieved.

    "Regional energy assessment" has been carried out nationwide since 2018, and has been gradually extended to most provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. SinoCarbon Innovation& Investment is a member of the expert pool of the National Energy Conservation Center. The members of the energy conservation team have profound energy conservation foundation and practical experience. The team has the whole process planning and implementation ability, such as the top-level design of the "regional energy assessment" management implementation method, the research and preparation of the "regional energy assessment" report, and the formulation of the "after-the-fact" supervision and supporting measures.
